Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

2. Our Services

We provide sourcing, supplier vetting, quality control, and logistics support as described on our Services page. Each engagement is confirmed by a written quote or contract describing its scope.

3. Quotes, Fees & Payment

Our standard model is a transparent 5–10% commission based on the FOB value of your order, disclosed before you commit. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment terms are stated in your quote.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, complying with the import and export regulations of your country, and responding in a timely manner to keep production on schedule.

5. Quality & Inspections

We perform inspections according to the quality-control plan agreed in your quote and mark approved shipments with the GTrade Stamp G. An inspection report records the condition of goods at the time of inspection and is not an absolute warranty against all latent defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the service fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, logos, and images — is our property. Your product designs, specifications, and confidential documents remain yours, and we treat them as strictly confidential.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guangzhou.
